After my computer name was changed, C:\Users shows wrong user name

I'm using Windows & Professional 64 bit.
When I was issued my laptop the IT admin used the wrong name.
I have Changed it to the correct name everywhere with the exception of the cmd line.
It still reads C:\Users\Wrong Name> I have tried everything including
editing the registry.
Why am I having such trouble with something that seems like it should be so simple?
