acer d255 boots to black screen

hi can anyone help me did a recovery on my netbook because it kept crashing so did the recovery when updating all my updates it crashed on 42/out of 42 so turned netbook off when turned it back on my windows start up screen had gone its just black netbook
is only 2months old so sent it off to acer and did a repair when got it back its done it again please help thanks.

Since there is little doubt that Acer and you have done Recovery which reverts it back to the out of box state
the issue has to be hardware, BIOS, low level chipset drivers, or other basic drivers for all of which Acer is
responsible.
Also as OEM Acer is also responsible for ensuring Windows 7 runs properly.

This is a case where Acer just did not test the system thoroughly enough after reverting it back.
Have Acer
either fix it correctly or replace the system.
