Can anyone help me.
I am getting this following error, not only to do with emails.
All attachments have somehow got "docx." on the end of them and I can email them onwards.

You need Word 2003 Viewer (with Office 2007 Compatibility Pack installed) in order to view .DOCX files.
How to view Word 2007 and Excel 2007 files by using Word Viewer 2003 and Excel Viewer 2003:
