Can't Upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 8

Hello Microsoft,

I followed the steps.

After hours I get a error that says I can't upgrade to Windows 8 on this system.

OS: Window 7 with the system at original purchase.  Home Premium SP1
System: Toshiba Satellite A505-S6005

Any Ideas on how I can resolve?

Are there are log files left behind that can give me more detail?

Download Error Fixer (Free)

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.

• Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
• Click on Boot Tab
• Tick Safe Boot in Boot Option
• Select Network.
• Click Apply and OK.
