Troubleshooter of Error: cant install itunes

cant install itunes

when i try to instal i tunes I get a message saying it cant create a temp file Ive tried to use the program u said to use the program to remove it that didnt work I went to Itunes and tried what they say and still no luck.
How can i either close all sysbar
programs or Delete the temp file?

What exactly is the error message you are getting?
Let’s run disk cleanup to reduce the number of unnecessary files on your hard disk and to free up disk space then try to install download a fresh copy of the iTunes installer and check if that helps.
To do this, follow these steps:
1. Open Disk Cleanup by clicking the Start button, clicking
All Programs, clicking Accessories, clicking
System Tools, and then clicking Disk Cleanup.

2. In the Disk Cleanup Options dialog box, choose whether you want to clean up your own files only or all of the files on the computer.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide
confirmation.

If the Disk Cleanup: Drive Selection dialog box appears, select the hard disk drive that you want to clean up, and then click
OK.
4. Click the Disk Cleanup tab, and then select the check boxes for the files you want to delete.
5. When you finish selecting the files you want to delete, click
OK, and then click Delete files to confirm the operation.
Disk Cleanup proceeds to remove all unnecessary files from your computer.
Let’s download and install the Windows Installer Cleanup utility from Microsoft:

Now run the utility ("Start > All programs > Windows Install Cleanup").
In the list of programs that appear in Cleanup, select any
iTunes and/or QuickTime entries, and click remove.
Quit out of Cleanup.
Reboot the computer and try installing iTunes.

Download the Microsoft Windows ISO (installation device) from the following website:
