corrupt dotnetfx3.exe file and I can't redownload.

I keep getting this error message when trying to install on my computer. 

Setup has detected that the file 'C:\DOCUME~1\Me\LOCALS~1\Temp\VSDBF.tmp\DotNetFX30\dotnetfx3.exe' has either changed since it was initially published or may be corrupt.
