I have a new computer recently build from scratch and the first week everything was running smoothly but recently my computer is freezing and restarting all of a sudden and it gives me this error:

I read around the forums and it seems it could be a driver problem I installed a new chipset driver for my motherboard but I still have the same problem and I don't know how to figure out if it's a driver and if it is how do I know which one is it.
Also
it seems this always happens when I'm in a game, it has not happened when doing anything else.
EDIT: Shortly after posting this I went to read my E-mail and my computer restarted again, so it seems it doesn't anything to do with games...
