CRASHING AFTER UPGRADEING

After upgradeing from Vista which I was used to.
To windows 7 my computer keeps crashing

Hi,
Since you upgraded to Windows 7 did you run the Upgrade Advisor and check with the
Compatibility Center (for the major devices)?

Check with the System and Device makers for updated drivers and many have special
instructions to help with upgrading to Windows 7.
Make sure BIOS, low level chipset
drivers, and major device drivers are available and compatible with Windows 7.
