Deleted files no longer go to the Recycle Bin. Windows asks if I want to permanently delete the files.
Very odd situation with Recycle bin.
Today it suddenly stopped sending items, except those on the desktop, to the Recycle bin and instead asks if I am sure I want to permanently delete the selected file.
Does NOT do this for files on the desktop, instead asks if I'm sure I want to Recycle them.
Recycle bin settings are set to recycle, not skip recycle bin, and memory allocation is set to 10 Gigs, and bin is virtually empty, so space not a problem.
Starting doing this today and cannot fix.
Please help.
