can windows7 "experience index" feature, tell me which processor, motherboard and the rest of essential hardware make up my computer?

the reason i'm asking this is because i'm considering  buying a new computer from a large-scale chain supplier (not american), that also provides a service of assembling all parts and making up a computer according to customer specifications.
the thing is, there
have been fraud incidents in the past, where buyers ended up with a different processor than what they paid for, and sometimes used instead of a new one, same goes for other hardware parts, and found it all out by chance.
still, the supplier is massively popular
and relatively cheap.

 
i thought that if this feature can identify my computer's hardware, then i could really confirm, that the computer i paid for is the one i got.
 
but, if this feature ranks performance in a different way, then by identifying the hardware parts, then i guess it won't help, unless data like hardware response times is made accesible with this feature and to some extent can be reversely analyzed...
 
so what do you think? how can i avoid fraud?
